Aside from the Welcome Session, all coaching sessions are 45–60 minutes and tailored entirely to you. Each experience can include grounding practices, breathwork, meditation, or other tools I offer. If being in nature feels grounding or freeing, we can even meet outdoors—either in person or virtually. Click on the button to schedule an appointment and begin your Life Coaching experience.
